Welcome to our B-Home!

Built in 2021, our holiday flat is about 75m² in size and furnished with lots of natural wood and loving care.
It features a large open-plan kitchen/living room, two spacious bedrooms, a hallway, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a cellar compartment for storing skis, a parking space and a large panoramic balcony. The flat sleeps a maximum of six people. It is on the first floor and can be easily reached via a lift. The luxurious open-plan kitchen/living room is the perfect space to spend an afternoon. Fully equipped with high-quality devices, it has everything from a dishwasher to an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge-freezer. There are also plenty of cooking utensils and dinnerware. Bedroom 1 is furnished with 180cm x 200cm box-spring beds, while bedroom 2 offers a comfortable 160cm x200cm foldaway bed and can double as a dressing room or holiday office. There is a couch in the living room that can be extended to create a double bed (with a 150cm x 190cm sleeping surface) if needed. The bathroom boasts plenty of space for a vanity shelf and a floor-flush shower. There is a second, separate toilet next to the bathroom.
Guests have access to a beautiful, spacious panoramic balcony via the living room. The balcony is furnished with multifunctional garden furniture and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. At the end of a relaxing day, you can enjoy a glass of wine from the wine fridge on the terrace. You can safely park your car in its own dedicated parking space next to the building and stored your skiing, hiking and cycling equipment in the cellar of the holiday flat.

There are numerous shopping facilities in the village nearby (bakeries, grocery shops and sports shops). Gröbming has many excellent restaurants offering Styrian cuisine. These are within easy walking distance of the holiday home, e.g. Gasthof Angermaier, Gasthof zur Post, Speiskammerl, das Wirtshaus… to name just a few. There is a swimming pool and a spa oasis just a ten-minute walk away, and a lovely children’s playground in the village spa park. The rehabilitation centre is located nearby. The nearest Billa supermarket is only 50 metres away from the flat.

The flat is located in the heart of the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region.  During the winter, guests can quickly reach the ski resorts at Galsterbergalm, Hauser Kaibling (10 minutes) and Planai Hochwurzen (20 minutes) by car or by taking the ski bus (there is a bus stop in front of the building).  The start of the cross-country ski trail is very close by. During the summer, Gröbming is an ideal starting point for a range of hiking and biking tours of all difficulty levels. A specialist sports shop in the village offers a large selection of sporting equipment and competent advice for all sporting activities. There is also a well-equipped rental service (ski, bike, hiking).
