Haus Annabell

Haus Annabell is situated 300m below the Maierl gondola, which takes you directly to the Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski area. From here you have perfect access to skiing, hiking and cycling. Restaurants, bars and ski & bicycle hire are within close proximity to our house. Enjoy the magnificent view of the Gaisberg and the Kitzbühel Alps. The holiday apartment is comfortably furnished with all appliances necessary for a pleasant stay. Parking available. Exit Kirchberg exit at M-Preis right until the roundabout, second exit towards Aschau over Gaisbergbrücke, after 300 meters turn left.
