The house lays in a quiet, sunny hillside situation area between grassland with a beautiful panoramic view on the mountains. It takes about 2,5 km to the ski lifts, there is also a ski touring way near the house to the lake of "Jägersee". The ski touring way is about 200 m from our house away.
