Our farm is situated in an absolutely secluded location surrounded by meadows at the edge of the forest in the immediate vicinity of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. Here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Kitzbühel mountains. We keep horses and a cat on our farm. In the morning and evening you can watch the deer grazing. If you want to enjoy the peace and quiet, you are in the right place with us.

You can reach the village centre in a walking distance of about 10 minutes, where you will find a bakery and a small supermarket. You can also take this route along the Rosenweg, a walk along the edge of the forest, past the knights' playground. The village of Itter is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. The valley station of the Salvista gondola lift can be reached in a few minutes by car or with the free ski bus. Price includes electricity, water, heating, WIFI, parking space
