All bookings are handled in accordance with Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions, excepted cancellation guidelines: In case of cancelling 61 days before your arrival, there are no cancellation fees. In case of cancelling your booking 1 until 60 days before your arrival, you have to pay 30% of the sum of your booking as cancellation fee. In case of cancelling your booking on the day of your arrival, you have to pay 100% of the sum of your booking as cancellation fee. This also comes into effect if you do not show up.
