This magnificent detached holiday villa built from logs was completely refurbished in 2016 and can accommodate 20 people. The design corresponds entirely to the style of the house. The large kitchen with connection to the spacious dining room is centrally located on the ground floor. Between the kitchen and living room is the wonderful tiled stove, which radiates wonderful warmth. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with a bathroom. On the first floor there is 1 bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and 4 bedrooms with 2 more bathrooms in the hallway. After an active day you can relax in the large sauna. This is in the basement of the house, along with 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom. These rooms can accommodate 6 people. This holiday home is therefore also very well suited for several families who, in addition to being together, also value privacy.
Mauterndorf is located between different ski areas such as Grosseck, Obertauern and Katschberg. The ski bus runs from Mauterndorf along all of these areas. The ideal starting point for skiers who would like to experience different areas. The beautiful surroundings of Lungau also have a lot to offer active and less active holidaymakers in summer.
