Our house lies surrounded by the most beautiful mountains in the idyllic Kelchsau valley. It is only 8 km to Hopfgarten and the ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, the largest interconnected ski area in Austria
A free ski bus shuttles is going several times a day.
The cross-country ski track is in close vicinity.
In summer, Kelchsau is the ideal point of departure for numerous hiking and mountain bike tours in the Tyrolean mountains. The Salvenaland leisure park with its lovely lake, pool, miniature golf, summer toboggan run and a huge playground is a great place for the whole family.

We offer 2 apartments (61 to 65 m2) for 4 persons. The apartments provide a small hall, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living room, bathroom with toilet and a balcony.
The non-smoking apartments further offer sat TV, free Wi-Fi, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, microwave and an oven. Bedding and towels are available.

In addition there are also 2 studios (17 and 20 m2) for two. Both studios offer a bedsitting room, a small kitchen unit, dining corner, sleeping area and a bathroom with toilet.
If needed we are happy to provide a crib and a highchair for our youngest guests. Pets are welcome on prior request.
