Spacious 3-room apartment right next to our organic farm. Peaceful location at Penningberg with amazing views of the mountains Wilder Kaiser and Hohe Salve as well as of the Brixental valley. There are lots of hiking options. It takes only 15 minutes to the valley station of the mountain railway, 10 minutes to the Haagalm toboggan run, and only 5 minutes to the inn Gasthof Leamwirt. Cross-country ski trail nearby. There is a small playground for our smallest guests. Since we are situated at the end of the road, there is hardly any traffic. Rates include electricity, water, heating, parking for 2 cars, wood for the tiled stove. No pets!

Renovate the holiday flat in summer 2024.
It should therefore be bookable again from the 2024/2025 winter season.
